Oprah returned to her former stomping grounds Wednesday, this time with megastar Justin Bieber in tow.
The former queen of daytime talk shows got the Canadian-born star to dish about his personal life for an edition of “Oprah’s Next Chapter” on her OWN network. Over a plate of fries at Oprah's "favorite restaurant," Bieber opened up about fame and his long-time girlfriend, Selena Gomez. "It was one of the most in-depth interviews the singer has ever agreed to do" MTV reports Oprah saying Wednesday.
RL was closed for about three hours to accomodate the interview, the Sun-Times writes, but the closure didn't keep more than 100 fans from gathering outside the restaurant. They were eventually rewarded when Bieber took to the restaurant's patio to sing one of his hits (check out this photo of Oprah looking less than impressed during the serenade).

The pair reportedly ate, interviewed and shopped before Bieber headed to Rosemont for the second show of his two night sold-out "Believe" tour stop at Allstate Arena. After Tuesday night's show, the Sun-Times reports a grateful Bieber penned a thank-you note to the staff at Giordano's Pizza on Rush for accommodating an order Bieber and his crew placed after the ordering deadline.
The Nov. 25 interview will be on Oprah's first-ever global edition of the show.
"It's the biggest thing I've done since Michael Jackson in 1993," Oprah said earlier today on "Good Morning America."
